WWW Wednesdays (Aug.17)

To play along, just answer the following three (3) questions…
• What are you currently reading?
• What did you recently finish reading?
• What do you think you’ll read next?

My Answers:

What are you currently reading?

Emma Benson's view of life was crafted by the death of her brother as a child, abandonment by her father and later, the man she trusted she would marry, until David Schlosser-back in town after years in New York writing best-selling novels-threatens her neatly tended life. Romance blooms. Emma and David eventually persevere in the face of tragedy, refusing to leave their dreams behind. (taken from Goodreads)(free copy from author for review)

Tuesday's Child is the Runner Up in the Teen Division of the 2011 Beach Book Festival, and Honorable Mention in the 2011 Hollywood Book Festival!

Not all teens on the street are runaways. Some are throw-aways.

Lane Harris should be the heir to the family fortune,
but the entire town hates her, and everybody’s got
an ax to grind. Brutalized, left to die, and ignorant
of her attacker’s identity, she awakes in a Seattle
hospital and begins a cycle of flight designed to do
nothing more than keep her alive. Hers is a struggle
for just the slightest shred of normalcy and trust.(taken from Goodreads)

Wade's ranch home needs a woman's touch. Abigail's life needs a cowboy's touch.

Four years ago, rodeo celebrity Wade Ryan gave up his identity to protect his daughter. Now, settled on a ranch in Big Sky Country, he lives in obscurity, his heart guarded by a high, thick fence.

Abigail Jones isn't sure how she went from big-city columnist to small-town nanny, but her new charge is growing on her, to say nothing of her ruggedly handsome boss. Love blossoms between Abigail and Wade--despite her better judgment. Will the secrets she brought with her to Moose Creek, Montana separate her from the cowboy who finally captured her heart?
