My Thoughts

Completely Whole can bring you understanding through guidance, example and most importantly a renewed relationship with God through prayer.

The author uses real life examples of lifes stress filled situations. Topics like grief over death, unfaithful spouse, divorce, empty nest syndrome and depression from unknown causes. In the book she also touches on the stress and depression of drug and alcohol addiction whether it be yours or someone you care about.

There are so many situations that can bring us down. We tend to be able to give out great advice and even  offer up prayers for others. But when it comes to our own problems we tend to forget to pray. Maybe you are unable to forgive someone or even yourself which can harden ones heart and causes them to turn from God's will.

Completely Whole is very well written. She provides a prayer at the end of each chapter to help readers work through their feelings.

God is constant and always listens.

I highly recommend this book.

I rated this book a 5 out of 5.
